The Karlgarin Recreation Complex is overseen by the Karlgarin Progress Association. The person who takes bookings for the Karlgarin Pavilion and Oval is Merle Marsh (Ph: 9889 6051).

The Hyden Recreation Complex is overseen by the Shire of Kondinin. Bookings for the Hyden Pavilion and Oval can be made at the Hyden Office during office hours on 9880 5160.

Kondinin, Karlgarin and Hyden Halls is overseen by the Shire of Kondinin and bookings need to be made at the Council Office in Kondinin (Opening Hours 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday Ph: 9889 1006).
