Notice of public advertisement of planning proposal
The local government has received an application to develop and use land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Lot No: Lot 31 on DP416005
Street: No. 117 Marshall Street Suburb: Hyden
Proposal: Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd is seeking approval to undertake expansion and upgrades to the Hyden Grain Receival site at the above-mentioned lots comprising formal approval for a permanent additional storage bulkhead and associated vehicular access and drainage works.
Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the local government office in Hyden and Kondinin or on the Shire’s website www.kondinin.wa.gov.au. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before Friday 29th September 2023.
