Notice of public advertisement of planning proposal
The local government has received an application to develop and use land for the following purpose and public comments are invited.
Lot No. 1 on DP 54237
Street: Corrigin-Kondinin Road Suburb: Kondinin
Proposal: Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd is seeking approval to undertake expansion and upgrades to the Kondinin North Grain Receival site on the abovementioned lot. The proposal seeks to install a Grid Auger Pit and a 500tph Conveyor Loading System to service the existing bulk head (OBH03) and existing bulk head (OBH04) to meet future and current demands for handling grain at the Kondinin North site.
Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the local government office in Kondinin or on the Shire’s website www.kondinin.wa.gov.au. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before Friday 2nd June 2023.
