PROPOSED CLOSURE OF LOCAL PUBLIC ROAD RESERVES TO CREATE A CROWN RESERVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION, PARKING AND REST AREA ALONG MARSHALL STREET AND HYDEN-LAKE KING ROAD, HYDEN

Pursuant to Section 58 (3) of the Land Administration Act 1997 the Shire of Kondinin is seeking public comment on the proposed closure of the portion of Local Public Road (Land ID 3153315) and portion of Local Public Road (Land ID 3153316) along Marshall Street and Hyden-Lake King Road, Hyden both currently zoned ‘Public Open Space’ under the Shire’s Local Planning Scheme No.1, to be closed to create a Crown Reserve for the purpose of Electric Vehicle Charging Station, Parking and Rest Area.

A map of the portion of the road reserve proposed to be closed (shaded in yellow) can be viewed above or on the Shire’s website www.kondinin.wa.gov.au or at the Shire Office in Hyden and Kondinin or by contacting the Shire’s Manager Planning and Assets, Tory Young on mpd@kondinin.wa.gov.au

All submissions are to be addressed to the Shire’s Chief Executive Officer and submitted via email on mpd@kondinin.wa.gov.au via post at PO Box 7 Kondinin WA 6367 or hand delivered to the Shire Office in Hyden or Kondinin by 4.00PM Friday 28th April 2023.
