Notice of proposed Differential Rates

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act, 1995, notice is given that the proposed Differential Rates for the 2023/2024 financial year are as follows:

The figures shown above are estimates and may change as part of Council’s deliberations after consideration of any submissions received.

A statement of the objects and reasons for the proposed differential rates is available at Council’s offices in Kondinin and Hyden during business hours and on Shire of Kondinin website: www.kondinin.wa.gov.au

Written submissions from electors and ratepayers are invited on the proposed rates and the minimum payments are to be forwarded to the Shire of Kondinin, PO Box 7, Kondinin, WA, 6367, by no later than 4.00pm, Wednesday 14th June 2023.
