Mosquito fogging has commenced this week in Hyden, Karlgarin and Kondinin.

The Shire of Kondinin is inviting community feedback on the updated business case for the proposed Wave Rock Katter Kich Discovery Centre in Hyden. Council has not yet made a decision on whether to proceed with the project. Under legislative requirements, the business plan must be advertised and all submissions considered before Council votes on the proposal. Submissions close at 4.00pm on Monday, 26 October 2026.
