Livingston Medical Expands Services to Kondinin and Hyden
Livingston Medical is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the tender to provide medical services in Kondinin and Hyden, following the October selection process. We are excited to continue delivering high-quality healthcare to these vibrant rural communities.
Our clinics will officially open their doors on 17th November, with services operating two days per week in Kondinin and two days per week in Hyden.
In the week commencing 17th November, you may spot Dr. Livingston around town as he sets up the new clinics alongside his business partner and wife, Rachel Livingston, and our Executive Manager of Rural Health, Jacinda.
We are also pleased to introduce Danielle and Ronelle as your friendly faces within the community. Their local knowledge and warm welcome will be an important part of ensuring a smooth transition for patients.
Livingston Medical is delighted to confirm that Dr. Alain Mackie will continue to provide his valued medical services in the region. In addition, we look forward to welcoming Dr. Peter, who will be joining our team from South Australia and commencing in January 2026.
New Services and Expanded Care
As part of our commitment to strengthening healthcare access in the Wheatbelt, Livingston Medical will be introducing a range of new services and expanding the availability of medications through the local pharmacy. We are also focused on enhancing care for elderly residents in both Hyden and Kondinin, ensuring continuity and convenience of care close to home.

To further support our expanded care model, Livingston Medical also plans to employ a Nurse, enabling the delivery of a number of additional services and improving access to preventative and follow-up care. We will also be welcoming visiting female practitioners, ensuring greater choice and comfort for our patients.
